Fair Queen

Winnebago County Fair Queen Qualifications:

Each Contestant must be at least 16 years of age and not more than 21 years of age of the 2026 Iowa State Fair
Enrolled in school or high school graduate
Active in at least one service organization
(example: 4-H, FFA, Church Group, Girls Scout, etc.)
Must reside in Winnebago County
Or Hancock, Worth, Kossuth if a majority of activities you represent is in Winnebago County

Winner will go on to represent Winnebago County at the

Iowa State Fair August 11-15th
